DreamFlare is committed to fostering a community that respects the rights
of creators and the value of original content. We take the protection of
intellectual property seriously and comply with the requirements of the
Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA").
If you believe your copyright has been infringed:
If you believe that your copyrighted work is accessible on our platform in
a way that constitutes copyright infringement, you may submit a
notification pursuant to the DMCA.
To be effective, your written notification ("Takedown Notice") must be
submitted to our Designated Copyright Agent and include the following:
- A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on
behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including
information reasonably sufficient for us to locate the material on our platform
(e.g., a URL).
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number,
and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not
authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information provided
in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of
the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
Counter Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a written counter-notification
to our Designated Copyright Agent. To be effective, your counter-notification
must meet specific requirements outlined in the DMCA.
Repeat Infringers:
DreamFlare will, in appropriate circumstances, terminate the accounts of users
who repeatedly infringe on the rights of others.
